Il tenente dei Seal Curtis Rivers viene proposto per la Medaglia d'Onore del Congresso dopo che egli ha salvato un importante diplomatico da terroristi libanesi; lo scopo dell'indagine del Jag è quella di appurare se non ci siano "macchie" sullo stato di servizio di Rivers affinché si possa meritare la medaglia. Harm e Mac capiscono subito che Rivers è un personaggio difficile e la testimonianza di alcuni suoi uomini rendono il giudizio su di lui ancora più negativo. |
